Job summary

Network Right LLC is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to be the technical backbone of our service delivery team. You will own client accounts, handle escalations, and drive end-to-end IT solutions across identity, MDM, and cloud platforms.

You will build systems from the ground up, partner with our IT Manager, and guide technicians to deliver high‑quality support. This role requires hands‑on leadership and a proactive ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT experience in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• MDM workflows and automations experience beyond basic admin tasks.
• Deep knowledge of either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with advanced administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts at a senior level, serving as primary contact and running client syncs.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians on complex issues across MDM, identity, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Build and configure systems from scratch or lead major infrastructure rebuilds, not just maintenance.
• Administer and optimize identity platforms, especially Okta, with advanced workflows and automations.
• Lead MDM deployments and policy configuration across Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar.
• Manage both Mac and Windows environments with deep expertise in at least one.
• Drive SaaS administration across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and broader client stack.
• Develop onboarding, offboarding, and automation workflows for operational leverage.
• Support networking infrastructure, troubleshooting, and standardization across client environments.
• Contribute to documentation, compliance readiness, and scalable process building.
