Job summary

Dean Dorton’s Technology Services team provides comprehensive IT support and infrastructure management for clients across industries. The Senior Consultant leads client environments, mentors staff, and drives technology initiatives from planning to execution.

The role emphasizes strategic consulting, strong communication, and relationship-building to align technology with business goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical consulting, or technology leadership roles.
• Expertise in at least four core areas listed in the ad.
• Advanced certifications in two or more core technology areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology consultant for a dedicated client environment.
• Partner with client leadership to manage and optimize technology environments.
• Lead technology projects and strategic initiatives with clear timelines.
• Escalation point for complex technical issues and advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate work across team members to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and propose innovations.
