Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager, Technologies, to lead technology construction projects across multiple sites. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and team performance while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires travel to project sites, strong communication with designers, engineers, and contractors, and adherence to safety and NEC standards. A BS/related field and 5–7 years PM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience with full project life cycle.
• Experience with estimating software, preferably Accubid; familiarity with BIM tools.
• Strong negotiating, budgeting, scheduling, and contracting skills; OSHA/NEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large technology project or multiple projects from initiation to closeout, including budgeting, design, and client communication.
• Direct all project phases to meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage project documents, change orders, cost codes, invoices, and closeout packages.
• Mentor and lead project teams, coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
