Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technologies to lead large technology construction projects with national travel. You will oversee estimating, design, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams across electrical, data, video and security systems.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, PM, construction management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with a focus on technology construction projects.
• Experience with estimating systems (Accubid) and proficiency with Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of each project to achieve quality and productivity, with budgeting and scheduling accountability.
• Lead business development, project budgets, projections, and contract negotiations in line with company policy.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and field staff to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Manage procurement, cost control, change orders, and progress reporting with accurate documentation.
• Mentor and develop project personnel, provide performance feedback, and foster teamwork.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance across all project sites.
