Peraton is seeking a Senior Manager to lead technology program management for multiple IT programs supporting state government clients in New England. The role emphasizes delivery ownership, customer relationships, and accountable financial performance.

The position requires guiding cross-functional teams, managing contracts and SOWs, and identifying opportunities for expansion within Boston, MA and Rhode Island markets. Occasional on-site customer engagement is expected.

Formación

• Extensive IT program management experience with software development and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT programs and budgets.
• Strong SDLC and Agile delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple software development, application maintenance, and IT support programs.
• Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, within budget, and per contracts.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and performance reporting.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams and ensure SDLC adherence.
• Identify delivery risks and mitigation plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and executive communications.
