Job summary

CB Smart Recruit is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Lead / Technology Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Boston. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 1–2 days weekly with remote work otherwise, and demands extensive IT delivery experience across the full SDLC.

Ideal candidates hold PMP and CSM, have 12–15+ years in technology project management, and can manage complex initiatives end-to-end in regulated environments including data privacy and compliance portfolios.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of technology project management and delivery experience.
• PMP and CSM certifications required.
• Experience across full SDLC in regulated pharma/life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead complex technology initiatives independently.
• Strong Jira, vendor management, governance, and stakeholder mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects across the full SDLC from discovery to closeout.
• Manage plans, milestones, risks, issues, decisions and actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, security, vendors, and SMEs.
• Oversee cutover, go-live, and transition to support.
• Prepare weekly status reports and Steering Committee updates.
• Ensure SDLC stage gates and required approvals are met.
