Job summary

Peraton in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-tower IT managed services program serving as single accountable leader.

You will own performance, delivery, financial health, personnel management, and drive continuous service improvement across seven towers, including data center operations, network, UC, service desk, monitoring, and cloud operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 10 years in program/project management on federal government IT contracts.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher); PMP certification or equivalent.
• Direct experience managing large-scale ($200M+) federal IT managed services contracts with multi-tower scope.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships with U.S. government agencies at the senior executive level.
• Experience delivering against complex, contractually defined SLA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive interface to customer leadership; drive periodic program reviews and QBRs.
• Own program performance, delivery, financial health, personnel management, and CSI.
• Ensure SLA compliance across seven towers and 24/7 operations.
• Manage program P&L, contracts, and financial reporting to leadership and customer.
• Recruit and manage Tower Leads and subcontractor relationships; ensure FDIC governance.
