• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in procurement or sourcing.
• 5+ years leading enterprise technology procurement including software, SaaS, cloud, hardware.
• 3+ years of people leadership and development responsibilities.
• Experience in multimillion-dollar technology negotiations with measurable savings.
• Knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, cloud models, and asset management.
• Experience with end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ events and governance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for major tech spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes: market analysis, bid evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and governance.
• Negotiate complex software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and professional services terms.
• Use spend analytics and market intelligence to build negotiation power.
• Optimize software entitlements, license utilization, and renewal planning.
• Coordinate global or regional agreements across operating companies.
• Build senior relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.
