Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 4+ years in technology operations or related technical support roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Delivers day-to-day operational support for assigned technology platforms, infrastructure, and systems to maintain production stability and performance.
• Administers and supports hardware, software, databases, and end-user technology following procedures to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Coordinates with other technology teams for routine operational activities and escalates issues as needed.
