SMB IT, Inc. in Newark, DE seeks a Senior Engineer II to oversee planning, implementation, and management of diverse technology systems.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive technology operations strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. You will partner withFinance and executives to manage budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive cost-effective resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related field and five (5) years of experience in related roles.
• Develop new and modify integrations from Workday to internal/external clients using Workday technologies.
• Provide production support for Workday integrations and HR applications.
• Partner with design, testing, and support of Workday integrations including regression testing during releases.
• Experience with Workday Studio and integration technologies (Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP, Java).
