Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to Tier 1/2 staff.
• Ensure end-user support and successful project implementations.
• Develop and document policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Oversee software/patch management with SCCM.
• Maintain IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
