The Manager of Technology Operations is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day management, administration, and continuous improvement of the Company's technology infrastructure. This role provides operational leadership and hands‑on technical expertise to support, maintain, and enhance the Company's IT environment and security posture.
The Manager ensures the effective execution of technology operations, supports regulatory and compliance requirements, and contributes to risk alignment with Company objectives. This position also contributes to client‑facing service delivery and supports the growth and development of a small technical team. Success in this role is driven by strong operational execution, technical expertise, effective team leadership, and the ability to deliver high‑quality internal and client services.
This position is primarily office‑based. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted in limited circumstances based on business needs, client requirements, and role suitability. Remote work arrangements do not alter the at‑will nature of employment and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Employees working remotely are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and productive work environment and must comply with all company policies related to information security, confidentiality, and data protection.
Travel to client locations may be required, including occasional overnight travel.
