This role focuses on software/product documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. Hybrid work arrangement available with office presence in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare for software/product docs.
• Document software functionality, features, and workflows clearly.
• Ability to translate complex technical info for non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating and maintaining software product documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, SMEs, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviews with subject matter experts.
• Create, update, review, and maintain technical documentation for software products.
• Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to understand new features.
• Translate complex product functionality into clear, user-friendly docs.
• Determine what end users need to know to use new functionality.
• Develop documentation for upcoming software releases.
• Own documentation projects from conception through completion.
• Follow established standards and style guidelines across docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy.
• Review and update existing documentation as products evolve.
• Manage multiple documentation assignments independently.
