GoCanvas, part of the Nemetschek Group, is seeking a Technical Writer III to grow SiteDocs’ customer-facing documentation and the public Help Center. You will collaborate with product, engineering and support to translate complex features into clear, actionable content and to shape structure, standards and workflows for scalable documentation.

This role blends hands-on writing with program development, investigating workflows, identifying gaps, and interviewing SMEs to ensure publish-ready

Formación

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience.
• Experience owning complex documentation projects or product areas in SaaS/software.
• Strong ability to plan, draft and organize documentation for advanced product features.

Responsabilidades

• Own documentation for one or more product domains, including planning, writing, and maintaining complex workflows and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and support to prepare for launches.
• Conduct SME interviews and translate designs into user-focused content.
• Help define information architecture and modular content design for a scalable Help Center.
• Audit content, identify gaps, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Publish documentation for redesigned Help Center and establish review processes.
