GoCanvas Holdings, Inc. in Reston, VA, is seeking a Technical Writer III to grow SiteDocs customer-facing documentation and the public Help Center. You will own documentation for one or more product domains, collaborating with product, engineering, and support to prepare docs for launches.

This role blends hands-on writing with program development; you will audit content, shape information architecture, and publish a redesigned Help Center. SaaS experience and strong collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years of technical writing experience.
• Owned complex documentation projects or product areas in SaaS/software.
• Strong writing skills for advanced product features.
• Proficiency with Madcap Flare or RoboHelp and CMS.
• Knowledge of GoCanvas/SiteDocs style guidelines.
• Advanced SME interviewing skills for detailed information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Markup knowledge with HTML for scalable docs.

Responsabilidades

• Own documentation for one or more product domains; plan, write, and maintain complex workflows and guides.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and support to prep docs for launches.
• Conduct SME interviews and translate designs into user-focused content.
• Help define the Help Center information architecture and modular content design.
• Audit content, identify gaps, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Publish and migrate docs for a redesigned public Help Center.
• Help establish templates, standards, and publishing workflows.
