Job summary

GoCanvas Holdings, Inc. is seeking a documentation specialist to plan, write, and maintain complex product documentation for SiteDocs’ Help Center. The role collaborates across product, engineering, design, and support to ensure accuracy and scalability of workflows, feature content, and troubleshooting guides.

You will help define information architecture, audit existing content, and implement standards and workflows to scale the documentation program efficiently.
