Qualifications

• Proven ability to draft and develop technical documentation for IT projects.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define technical processes and procedures.
• Document projects through the SDLC and related methodologies.
• Provide status reports for multiple ongoing documentation efforts.
• Produce both user and admin level documentation.
