You will partner with the Self-Service (SSC) team, bridging field, product, and documentation to drive trial-to-paid conversion and define the user journey narrative.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical writing or developer-focused roles, with onboarding or user-journey design
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and sales/field organizations
• Deep narrative skills for cohesive stories around complex technical products
• Data-driven mindset using analytics, user research, and support data to inform decisions
• Experience collaborating in large, distributed organizations with cross-team alignment
• Understanding of self-service cloud products and how customers onboard, evaluate, and adopt tools

• Drive the onboarding content strategy and define a cohesive learning narrative from first visit to deployment
• Align Field, Product, and Docs; serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and roadmap changes
• Design organized onboarding experiences highlighting best practices, troubleshooting, and clear next steps
