Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical writing or onboarding.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and sales/field teams.
• Strong narrative writing skills for cohesive onboarding experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with use of analytics and user research to guide content.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the onboarding content strategy from first visit to deployment.
• Coordinate with Field, Product, and Docs to align roadmap changes and friction points.
• Design user-focused onboarding flows with clear next steps and best practices.
• Measure impact using telemetry and support data to reduce churn and speed value.
