Job summary

Samsara is looking for a Sr. Technical Trainer to join their Customer & Partner Education team. This role focuses on training commercial and mid-market customers in the US, leveraging a flexible remote work model.

The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative training programs, ensuring customer success through structured learning journeys. Minimum requirements include excellent communication skills, experience in delivering live webinars, and the ability to self-direct and analyze training impact.

Compensation ranges from $80,622.50 to $108,400 USD annually, coupled with a performance-based bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience teaching or delivering training, with at least 1 year in a one-to-many model.
• Ability to analyze engagement and impact data to improve content.
• Self-directed and can teach yourself new products and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers.
• Design innovative experiences for live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics including training registration and delivery.
