Job summary

OneTrust seeks an experienced Learning Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of technical education for customers and partners. You will deliver instructor-led and virtual trainings, guide diverse audiences, and create scalable learning content across digital and live formats.

The role requires translating complex product functionality into actionable learning experiences, building hands-on labs, and developing assessments aligned with learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or course development in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven experience delivering instructor-led training and building full-course learning content for external audiences.
• Experience creating customer-facing education, not internal-only training.
• Ability to translate complex product functionality into clear, actionable learning experiences.
• Experience building hands-on labs and workflow-based training.
• Experience developing assessments aligned to learning objectives and outcomes.
• Strong project execution skills and ability to manage work across timelines and dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SaaS customer or partner enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical education for OneTrust customers and partners.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.
• Facilitate persona-, use-case-, and workflow-based instruction for technical, global, and mixed-experience audiences.
• Guide learners through platform tasks, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain full-course technical learning content across digital and live formats.
• Convert product, subject-matter-expert, and release inputs into scalable learning experiences.
• Create instructor materials, learner resources, modular content, release-synchronous updates, and delta training.
• Design and maintain hands-on labs for repetitive workflows, failure points, and real-world scenarios.
• Develop assessments, scenario-based knowledge checks, and applied learning activities.
• Evaluate product changes, determine training impacts, and update assets within release timelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and education stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Track requirements and dependencies, deliver on schedule, and manage concurrent priorities.
• Drive customer and partner activation, adoption, self-sufficiency, satisfaction, retention, and expansion outcomes.
