You will facilitate webinars, digital programs, and cohort-based sessions, while collaborating with CS, Product, and Education teams to close knowledge gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable learning experiences across webinars, digital programs, and cohort-based training sessions.
• Combine facilitation, instructional design, product expertise, content creation, and data-driven program improvement.
• Make complex technology accessible and actionable for diverse audiences across operations industries.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Education teams to identify gaps and turn customer needs into learning programs.
• Shape customer education at scale while developing expertise in SaaS products, digital learning, and AI-enabled training.
