Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Trainer specializing in our products to design, develop, and deliver training for servicing and maintaining servers, networking, GPU, and storage solutions, ensuring service excellence across customer deployments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Service Team and Product Managers, development of certification programs, and hands-on updates through the LMS, webinars, and virtual training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or work experience.
• 8 years in a technical training role, with enterprise servers and data center focus.
• Strong Linux knowledge and command-line proficiency.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python) for training.
• Familiarity with server infrastructure, VMware, Windows, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Development: design and develop training materials and courses.
• Delivery of Training: conduct sessions, workshops, and seminars for various audiences.
• Certification Programs: help create the Global Service Education and Certification Program.
• Collaboration: work with Service Team and Product Managers to update content.
• Technical Support and Updates: maintain knowledge using the Education portal and resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships to support education and certification programs.
