Job summary

Paraform is disrupting how companies hire, and we’re seeking an experienced Recruiter who lives and breathes talent to help us scale. You’ll be hands-on sourcing, closing, and iterating on our process in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, partner with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like, and help shape interview processes and scorecards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• In-house startup experience a plus.
• Proactive sourcing and closing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to design interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting - from kickoff to close.
• Source proactively and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and what great looks like.
• Define and sharpen interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experience for technical hires.
• Build repeatable sourcing playbooks, calibration frameworks, and pipeline tracking.
• Serve as an ambassador for Paraform's mission and speak credibly about our product and market.
• Identify recruiting tooling, sourcing channels, and workflow improvements.
