SentiLink is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while remaining flexible to support business and GTM hiring as priorities evolve. You will partner closely with leadership on complex and high-impact searches, including leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders with market insight and clear communication.
• Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to improve outcomes.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions from IC to leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, and strategy.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for competitive talent markets.
• Manage complex and high-priority searches, align stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to recruiters and sourcers.
