Job summary

SentiLink Corp is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while supporting go-to-market hiring as priorities evolve.

You will partner with leadership on complex searches, provide mentorship to recruiters, and help embed AI-enabled practices into recruiting workflows with sound judgment and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting in a tech company or high-growth startup.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and GTM functions.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders with market insight and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM roles from ICs to leadership.
• Partner with managers on role definition, leveling, market strategy, evaluation, and hiring decisions.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for competitive talent markets.
• Manage complex searches, identify risks, and align stakeholders.
