Job summary

Brunswick Group is seeking a New York-based Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide onsite desktop support to the fast-growing New York office. You will join the global ICT team delivering phone and remote desktop assistance across Brunswick offices.

The role requires on-call coverage with overtime compensation, and a strong focus on Windows and macOS administration, O365/AD, and device management using Intune and JAMF.

Qualifications

• Windows 10 and macOS enterprise administration experience.
• O365 and Active Directory administration proficiency.
• Troubleshoot OS and application performance issues.
• Network support with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP knowledge.
• MDM experience for Apple devices (iPhone/iPad).
• Intune and JAMF administration experience.
• Basic Microsoft Server OS administration.
• Experience supporting Zoom and Teams on client and room systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support in New York Office.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices and software.
• Handle 24/7 on-call coverage with overtime compensation.
• Assist with building Windows via Autopilot and Mac via JAMF.
• Support printers and photocopiers.
• Collaborate with global ICT team for remote desktop and phone support.
