Job summary

ACS International Resources is seeking a Business Technology Specialist to provide on-site technical support in the New York City area. You will help maintain client IT infrastructure, deliver exceptional service, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hands-on tech support, strong Apple/macOS experience, and familiarity with Jamf and Apple Business Manager. Travel to Lower Manhattan may be required; Windows and macOS environments are supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience.
• Strong customer-facing support experience in a business environment.
• Experience supporting mixed Windows and Apple environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot user authentication, network access, and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support in the New York City area and onsite client communication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot clients' technology infrastructure and deployments.
• Configure and support Apple devices, MDM enrollment, and profile deployment.
• Create SOPs and documentation; collaborate with the Technical Account Manager.
• Assist with network, endpoint security tools, printers, and VPN configurations.
