Applied Materials is seeking a seasoned technology specialist to support complex escalations both remotely and on-site. The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration with field engineers, and leadership in troubleshooting and documentation. Travel is expected to 25–50% as projects advance.

You will guide engineers, publish lessons learned, and help early development cycles with new products. A technical degree and 7+ years of DDP experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 7+ years of experience with Applied Materials DDP products or similar.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.
• Experience with SAP, VSPI and ARK is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support multiple technical escalations with focus on time to resolution.
• Attend customer field issues meetings with FSO and BU engineers.
• Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Publish Technical Lessons Learned and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide on-site coaching to FSO personnel.
• Support early NPI development in the product life cycle.
• Create or collaborate on advanced troubleshooting tools.
