• Handle all technical support aspects at a customer: escalations and fleet performance.
• Serve as field escalation focal point between customer and Division with documentation.
• Provide Alpha Site support for installation, operation, and calibration of new hardware or software.
• Support Beta Site testing and related installations, operations, or testing on a customer tool.
• Initiate and review ECOs; communicate fixes to the field.
• Generate and present system performance data and spending analyses.
• Assist GPS in documentation such as CENs and BKMs; present to customers.
• Ensure field implementation of improvements and upgrades.
