Cohesity is a leader in AI-powered data security, seeking a Designated Site Reliability Engineer to join the Customer Support organization. You will focus on supporting NetBackup, Cloud, and appliance platforms while collaborating with highly skilled engineers to deliver reliable, high‑performance service to global customers.

The role requires deep technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting, and strong communication. You will document solutions, lead training, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Experience with NetBackup and data management solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer focus.
• Ability to learn new products with minimal guidance.
• Expert knowledge of OS, cloud, networking and security concepts.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch technical product support for Cohesity NetBackup Software and Flex Appliances.
• Document and resolve post-sales technical issues using internal tools.
• Manage a diverse case load with varying priority and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support to meet customer expectations and renewals.
• Reproduce customer environments to aid troubleshooting.
• Provide best practices to optimize product performance per environment.
• Mentor others and contribute to Knowledge Management content.
