Job summary

Cohesity Inc. is seeking a driven Sr. Sales Engineer to support enterprise accounts, deliver tailored technical solutions, and drive new customer opportunities.

You will partner with Account Executives to lead demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical strategy across security, data protection, and cloud platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong execution, and owning account-level technical strategy with guidance from senior SEs and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre-sales sales engineering or solutions consulting for infrastructure, data protection, security, or cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience technologies across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud.
• Ability to translate technical architecture into clear customer value and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer opportunities and expansions by articulating Cohesity's Data Cloud portfolio to technical and business audiences.
• Provide expert tailored technical support throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, design, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to support complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deal progression.
• Enable customers to integrate Cohesity products into existing production environments and respond to technical requests promptly.
