Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or global equivalent.
- 10+ years in technical support with 2 years in a leadership role is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years field experience with strong customer-facing bias.
- Formal qualification in mechanical/electromechanical/electronics discipline.
Responsibilities
- Provide field service support across installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Guide end users on equipment maintenance schedules and practices.
- Assist Edwards service and customer technicians with troubleshooting.
- Support installation and commissioning of all products.
- Review installation/commissioning docs for all products.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify future sales opportunities.
