Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering or related field with 10+ years in technical support and leadership, plus 5+ years field experience and strong customer facing skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or global equivalent in education or experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience within Technical Support environment with two years experience in a management or leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years field experience in a relevant or related industry, ideally with a strong customer facing bias.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical components and assemblies.
• Computer literate with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages internal and customer training programs.
• Guides end users on equipment maintenance practices and schedules.
• Assists Edwards service and customer technicians with troubleshooting.
• Supports installation and commissioning of all Edwards products.
• Reviews installation and commissioning documents for all products.
• Provides first-line support for parts numbers and specification requests at sites.
• Develops and maintains accurate new procedures and customer relationships.
• Provides technical and sales support to customers, directly or via Service or Sales Management.
• Identifies future sales and evaluation opportunities with customers.
