Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team and serve as the senior technical resource for strategic and VIP customers. You will own complex issues across Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, and the enterprise stack, driving resolution and root-cause analysis.

You will mentor engineers, write advanced troubleshooting docs, and participate in 24/7 operations with out-of-hours coverage across EMEA and US business hours.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with Linux systems and advanced command-line troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic customers in infrastructure-as-a-service or cloud contexts.
• Depth in Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, distributed storage, virtualization, or enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on Vultr products, including escalated issues.
• Engage with strategic customers via email, Slack, Zoom, and video meetings.
• Develop and maintain expertise in a technical domain and share knowledge with the team.
