Job summary
Vultr is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team and serve as the senior technical resource for Vultr’s strategic and VIP customers. You will take ownership of the most complex issues in Kubernetes, GPU infrastructure, and the wider enterprise stack, driving them to resolution and root-cause analysis.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of Linux administration and advanced command-line troubleshooting experience.
- 4+ years in enterprise technical support for infrastructure-as-a-service or cloud contexts.
- Experience mentoring or training other engineers.
- Strong English written and verbal communication, able to interact with admins to executives in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance on Vultr products and services, including escalated issues.
- Engage with strategic customers via email, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and other channels.
- Develop deep expertise in domains such as Kubernetes, GPU infra, distributed storage, virtualization, or enterprise networking and teach others.
- Author advanced troubleshooting documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base content.
