Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing for hardware and infrastructure powering our data centers. You will lead strategy, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and lifecycle management while ensuring supply resilience in a market with scarce capacity.

You will build should-cost models, run RFI/RFQ/RFP events, manage master agreements, and partner with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business.
• Proven ability to translate sourcing strategy into executed results.
• Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
• Experience with should-cost modeling and total cost of ownership.
• Ability to engage with engineering teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps for assigned portfolio.
• Lead RFx events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and evaluate proposals on technical and commercial merit.
• Negotiate and draft master supply agreements, long-term agreements, and statements of work.
• Build bottom-up should-cost models and TCO analyses to inform negotiation strategy.
• Establish supplier scorecards and lead executive business reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to manage risk and ensure compliance.
• Drive supply resilience through dual sourcing, diversification, and capacity planning.
