Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing for data center hardware. You will shape technical requirements, select suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage lifecycle from NPI to volume deployment.

You will influence roadmaps, build should-cost models, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to secure resilient supply chains in a market with scarce capacity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical sourcing, category or supply chain within data center or high-tech hardware.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into results, on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and roadmaps for hardware portfolios.
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate terms covering pricing, capacity, quality and delivery.
• Draft and administer master supply agreements and amendments.
