Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy for key hardware categories powering our data center deployments. You will lead negotiations, multi-generation roadmaps, and supplier relationships, coordinating with engineering, legal, and finance to optimize total cost of ownership.

You will build should-cost models, drive dual-sourcing, and manage master agreements while shaping supplier roadmaps in a fast-moving AI infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical sourcing, commodity or category management, or supply chain management within data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, AI systems, or related hardware industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies and roadmaps for assigned portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams through sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and drive supplier award decisions.
