Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own category strategy, supplier selection, and commercial execution for critical data center infrastructure. You will translate capital plans into actionable sourcing strategies balancing cost, risk, and speed.

You will lead competitive sourcing events, manage supplier performance, and collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Construction, and Sales to scale CoreWeave’s supplier ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or project delivery.
• Experience sourcing electrical and mechanical infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management capabilities required.
• Ability to translate plans into executable sourcing strategies and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy and supplier selection for data center infrastructure and services.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and contract awards to secure value and performance.
• Manage supplier performance, risk, and cross-functional alignment.
• Coordinate procurement for data center fit-out, including HVAC, power, and cabling.
