Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to identify and engage exceptional technology talent, from senior individual contributors through executive leaders. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and develop pipelines for high-priority technical searches across Software Engineering, Data & Machine Learning/AI.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical sourcing expertise with the judgment

Qualifications

5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience across software, data, and ML/AI.
Proven success filling senior individual contributors and leadership roles.
Strong market research, Boolean search, and executive outreach skills.

Responsibilities

Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical searches spanning senior contributors to executives.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand priorities and target profiles.
Build talent maps and research target companies and leadership structures.
Identify and engage active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and communities.
Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach linking candidates’ experience to opportunities at ALO.
Conduct exploratory conversations to assess fit, motivation, and alignment.
Build inclusive pipelines and maintain relationships for current and future hiring needs.
Track pipeline health, outreach engagement, and conversion rates to refine strategies.
Share market intelligence on talent availability and competitive hiring trends.
