ALO is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to identify and engage exceptional technology talent across software engineering, data and ML/AI. You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies and pipelines for high-priority technical searches.

This role can be remote, with hybrid or in-person options for local candidates in the Beverly Hills area, offering the chance to influence senior talent decisions in a fast-growing company.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing senior ICs and technology leaders (director/VP/executive).
• Deep understanding of software engineering, data/ML/AI roles.
• Strong research, market mapping, and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder credibility.

OVERVIEW

ALO is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to help us identify and engage exceptional technology talent, from senior individual contributors through executive leaders. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and develop pipelines for high-priority technical searches across Software Engineering, Data & Machine Learning/AI.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical sourcing expertise with the judgment and personalized approach needed to engage senior and executive talent. You should be comfortable navigating complex searches, bringing fresh market insights to the team, and turning ambiguous hiring needs into clear, actionable sourcing plans.

This role is posted as a remote, however this can be Hybrid or In-person for local candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical searches spanning senior individual contributors, management, and executive leadership.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business priorities, define target profiles, and calibrate on relevant skills and experience.
• Build talent maps and research target companies, teams, and leadership structures to uncover qualified candidates.
• Identify and engage active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, professional communities, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Develop thoughtful, personalized outreach that connects candidates' experience and interests to opportunities at ALO.
• Conduct initial exploratory conversations to assess relevant experience, motivation, and alignment with the opportunity.
• Build inclusive candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Track pipeline health, outreach engagement, and conversion rates; use those insights to refine sourcing strategies.
• Share market intelligence, including talent availability, competitive hiring trends, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure clear, timely handoffs to recruiting partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, including substantial experience sourcing senior technical talent across software engineering, data & ML/AI.
• Demonstrated success supporting searches for senior individual contributors and technology leaders, including director, VP, or executive-level talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to distinguish relevant skills, scope, and organizational impact across levels.
• Expertise in talent research, market mapping, Boolean search, and engaging hard-to-reach passive candidates.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior candidates and hiring leaders.
• A structured, data-informed approach to managing multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and attention to candidate experience, particularly on sensitive leadership searches.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a recruiting team.
• Experience supporting technology hiring within consumer, retail, ecommerce, or other digitally driven businesses.
• A background in executive research, executive search, or building sourcing programs in a growing organization.
