ALO is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to identify and engage exceptional technology talent across software engineering, data and ML/AI. You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies and pipelines for high-priority technical searches.

This role can be remote, with hybrid or in-person options for local candidates in the Beverly Hills area, offering the chance to influence senior talent decisions in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing senior ICs and technology leaders (director/VP/executive).
• Deep understanding of software engineering, data/ML/AI roles.
• Strong research, market mapping, and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder credibility.

Responsabilidades

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for senior technical roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles.
• Build talent maps and research target teams and leadership structures.
• Engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, communities.
• Develop personalized outreach linking candidates' experience to opportunities at ALO.
• Conduct exploratory conversations to assess fit and motivation.
• Maintain inclusive candidate pipelines and nurture relationships for current and future hiring needs.
• Track pipeline health and refine sourcing strategies.
• Share market intelligence on availability and trends.
• Ensure accurate candidate records and smooth handoffs to partners.
