Job summary

HDR is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our recruiting team and fuel the top of the funnel by identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings. You will collaborate with a global group of recruiters, driving candidate delivery through targeted sourcing and large-scale campaigns.

In this role, you will innovate with AI-driven tools, maintain a robust pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to define ideal profiles while contributing to HDR's culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or technical sourcing.
• Proficiency with sourcing technologies and Boolean search.
• Ability to translate job descriptions into effective search strategies.
• Strong research, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Reach out to candidates via cold calls, text, email, and other media.
• Build and nurture a robust pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and market insights.
• Stay current on sourcing technologies and talent landscapes.
• Drive AI-based tools to accelerate the sourcing process.
