Qualifications

• 5+ Years of technical sourcing experience in high growth environments.
• 0-to-1 sourcing experience, building strategies from scratch or leading sourcing.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered sourcing tools and automation.
• Ability to rapidly learn and digest complex technical concepts and domains.
• Proven track record of leveraging events and branding to generate passive inbound pipelines.
• Strong analytical baseline to measure funnel conversions and report outcomes.
