Job summary

HireArt is seeking a Sourcer to scale its technical talent pipeline for a ride-hailing company. You will develop talent maps and sourcing strategies for systems engineering roles, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to meet talent needs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, strong knowledge of engineering markets, and the ability to assess both technical and behavioral fit. This is a full-time, on-site contract in Foster City, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience.
• Ability to evaluate both technical aptitude and behavioral fit.
• Strong knowledge of engineering talent markets and industries.
• Excellent consultative and interpersonal communication across all levels.
