Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sourcer (Recruiting) to strengthen the top of the funnel by identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings.

This role focuses exclusively on sourcing and collaborates closely with the broader recruiting team. You will work with a global group of more than 30 recruiters, supporting sourcing for technical roles in HDR's high-growth sectors.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on technical roles.
• Expertise in sourcing technologies, boolean search, and candidate engagement.
• Strong research and analytical skills in competitive talent markets.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to translate job descriptions into effective search strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using diverse tools.
• Candidate outreach by cold calls, text, email and other channels.
• Proactively build and nurture a robust pipeline for current and future roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to align on role requirements.
• Engage candidates and maintain interest through personalized outreach.
• Track sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and AI-based sourcing tools.
