- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify passive and active technical candidates using advanced sourcing.
- Initiate and develop relationships with prospective talent.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing with requirements.
