Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a dynamic Sourcer to support our SG&A recruiting team. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent to fuel our fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will partner with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and continuously refine sourcing strategies using data-driven insights and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting for SG&A roles.
• Experience supporting finance, HR, legal, policy, and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Talent Identification: Utilize sourcing techniques and market research to uncover passive and active candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging.
• Pipeline Development: Create and maintain pipelines for various roles to ensure a steady flow of candidates.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing with role requirements.
• Process Improvement: Analyze metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
