Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Sr. Technical Sourcer for Executive/Research roles in Mountain View, CA. You will partner with engineering teams to build a broad candidate pipeline across Robotics, AI, ML, CV, SoC, and Data Science, including executive-level sourcing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.
• Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles.
• Experience in technology leadership sourcing (AI/ML/Robotics) for Director+ roles.
• Proven network with passive candidates via social media and professional networks.
• Ability to analyze data and present market insights for sourcing.
• Expertise crafting recruiting emails and outreach.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers on position requirements.
• Strong self-motivation and teamwork with excellent communication.

Responsibilities
